This art was created by my efforts and the efforts of my various Taoist teachers that I have come to know through both my training and friendships with them.

I chose the name “Kunlun Nei Gung” because it represented the many aspects of my teachers’ philosophies. It embodies the idea of the path of no more learning and the image of the peak of the mountain or the top of the head. Kunlun Nei Gung was also representative of a path students could perfect without the dogma of other systems.

It is one of the most Ancient Teachings of China that was once a secret and only taught to the chosen few in monasteries and temples. It is the practice of rapid re-enlightenment, awakening ones dormant potential quickly, safely and without effort.

Practicing the first level of Kunlun regularly will purify the entire body as the seventy-two thousand nerves called nadis, are toned and cleared by the psychic heat generated. The end result is that the nerves can handle much stronger current, which is important, because the further you go with this practice the stronger the current.

When you open yourself up at the genetic level, you affect organs, their structure and alignments, and then affect the mind and your energy. With Kunlun, we are able to absorb up to ten times more bodily energy than a normal person. This method of awakening has helped many with various aliments.
