Instructor:
An instructor is a student who has Mastered the Kunlun System and/or has the signs and manifestation of the Gold Dragon Body attainment and has demonstrated adeptness through practice and cultivation, and is very knowledgeable in the Tao. An instructor may teach classes and give transmissions.
Facilitator:
A Facilitator is a student who has earned the title "Facilitator" by studying with Max for at least one year, and has studied the basic root of the system. This peerson has completed the intensive facilitator course, receiving certification by Max and one who practices and cultivated the art. A facilitator may offer Kunlun Nei Gung classes and give transmissions.
"In my tradition, becoming a facilitator means that these people have learned the basic root of the system I teach. It does not mean they are in any way "masters". They are still learning how to teach others. When you go to a facilitator, please realize that they understand and practice the methods, but are still learning. This is the "art" part of the system. So, please remember that we are all still learning, even I. And you will notice that I never like to call myself teacher, or sifu."
